What is Safe X3 Studio for Eclipse?

Safe X3 Studio for Eclipse is the Sage development environment for products based on the Sage Enterprise Management platform.
This IDE use the well known Eclipse platform to provide the best user experience to developpers for editing and debugging Sage X3 scripts.

How to start with?

The recommended version of Eclipse is 2019-03 and the minimum supported version is Luna SR2.
For first users or users that run a version of Eclipse older than Kepler SR2, we recommend to download the ready to use package from the Downloads page.

Users that have already installed the Safe X3 Studio plugin on Eclipse Kepler SR2, can simply update their installation by following the instructions on the Update site page.

In case of trouble, it is always a good choice to start over with a ready to use package.

Open the menu Help > Help Contents, then read the Safe X3 Studio User Guide.
